Marshall's Fudge & Candy Company is located in Mackinaw City, Michigan and has been making hand-made fudge since 1923. Their fudge is cooked in hammered copper kettles and cooled on Italian marble slabs. The mixture is then worked into a five to six foot loaf, then cut into half pound slices.
Marshall's Fudge and Candy Company's 1/2 lb. slices of fudge are sold daily at their retail store in Mackinaw and also on their website and mail order catalog. They are making a contribution to Michigan schools by allowing me to offer this same great 1/2lb. box of fudge to schools for lower than market value!
